Cathal Lynch is a former Outstanding SEMH Headteacher, Director of Education and National Director of Day Schools for a group of SEMH schools. He is also a former mainstream MAT co-founder and COO as well as a Strategic Director for Leadership and School Improvement. He is a consultant educational expert for The Key and has spoken at a range of national and regional conferences. He now works as a School Improvement consultant using the tools and approaches outlined in his recent book, Building Belonging.

Cathal is available to provide CPD for whole staff including Governors as well as bespoke senior and middle leaders training. He can also offer coaching and mentoring to individuals or groups of staff and performance management for senior leaders.
